Look for the red sign

The sign reading 458, 460 and 462 Old Boston Street Office Park stands on the lawn of 458 itself, facing Route 1. If you can see the sign, you are at the right building.

Coming off Route 1

There are two entrances into the office park. The nearer one, between 462 and 458, brings you straight to the building and is the easier turn. It is just north of the red sign.

Where to park

The three buildings share a central parking lot. 458 is the southernmost of the three, so you pass 462 and 460 on the way in.

Once you are inside

A directory board is mounted on the brick wall beside the stairs. It lists the building in two blocks, First Floor and Second Floor, with the six suite numbers under each. CannonMurrayLaw is the only practice on this page under First Floor. Every other practice here is under Second Floor, up one flight.

Finding the right door

Each suite holds several separate offices, so a suite number on its own will not always identify one practice. Suite 6 is shared by three. The door carries the suite number and the names of the practices behind it, so read the door rather than counting suites.

Leaving

Turning right takes you south towards Boston. Turning left takes you north towards Newburyport.

Roads, ponds and the town line are drawn from United States Census TIGER/Line data. 458 Boston Street sits about 215 feet (65 metres) west of the Route 1 center line. The highway is signed Boston Street here and becomes Turnpike Road at the Ipswich town line, about a third of a mile to the north east.
